Generating & Testing Ideas!
– We turn unmet customer needs into innovation by creating proof of concept protoypes of your idea. The purpose of the prototype is to answer the most important question, "Will it work?".
Our team of Business Designers will assist organizations when they explore new possibilities that are focused on the unmet goals and are holistic, collaborative and futuristic.

Irwine is a full-stack developer, IT professional, graphic designer, and visual artist with a lifelong passion for design, illustration, and technology. After earning his degree from Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology, he spent a decade in IT at a global corporation, managing the Canadian hardware portfolio, developing its first Canadian website, and building proprietary software to integrate customer inventories into its operations.
Driven by a vision for creativity and innovation, Irwine launched his own business specializing in full-stack development, business design, art direction, marketing, and service design. His expertise bridges the gap between technology and artistry, helping companies build seamless digital experiences and compelling brand identities through code, design, and illustration.
Irwine uses a Business Design/Service Design approach to conducting business. If you are unfamiliar with Business Design (Service Design), it is a human-centric approach to innovation that applies the principles and practices of design thinking to help organizations create new areas of value and competitive advantage. At its core, Business Design integrates customer empathy, experience design, and business strategy.
A.I. has changed the way we work today and will continue to shape the future. The tools and processes of design have evolved, but the needs of each individual organization have not. We are not afraid to use A.I. to find answers. Knowing what to prompt is just as important as a client-and-consultant meeting. Cross-referencing information to confirm reliability is even more important. Don't be intimidated by the changes. With our assistance, a good idea arrives faster than ever. Use the extra time gained through innovation to gain insight into which products or services truly meet the needs of your ideal customer.
"I" First seek to understand then be understood-DR. STEPHEN R. COVEY
As business designers, we take the time to understand stakeholders. We believe that innovation begins by understanding our customer's unmet needs. We also take into account that our clients might lack the terminology to articulate their own needs. That is why we believe that as we work with a client we take the time to understand deeply what the urgent, the important and the critical issues are before we move the project along.
